How an order works, end to end
1. Find the product
Browse the ZentBuy spreadsheet or search Taobao, 1688 and Weidian directly and copy the URL.
2. Submit it to ZentBuy
Paste the link (or hit the buy button on a spreadsheet listing), pick size, colour and quantity, and add it to your cart. ZentBuy advertises 0% markup on the item price, so the figure you see here should be the seller's price converted to your currency — check it against the listing.
3. ZentBuy purchases it
The agent pays the seller in yuan, handles any Chinese-language back-and-forth, and tracks the domestic delivery.
4. The parcel reaches the warehouse
Items are logged into your account with their weight and stored while you wait for the rest of your haul. The first 90 days of storage are free (120 days is the maximum), so you can build up an order over several weeks.
5. Quality control
Before anything leaves China you get free QC photos: the actual item, from several angles, with the weight recorded. You then approve it, ask for an exchange, or return it.
6. International shipping
Run the estimator for your country and weight, choose a line, set a declaration value, pay the shipping fee, and receive a tracking number.
7. Delivery
The parcel clears customs and arrives. Express lines are the fastest and priciest; economy and sea lines are the cheapest and slowest.
What does ZentBuy cost?
ZentBuy's headline is "Buy from China at 0% markup". As of September 2026, ZentBuy advertises 0% markup on the item price — you pay what the Chinese seller charges, with no service fee added on top. That is ZentBuy's own claim about the item price, not about the total: international shipping, payment-processing fees and any import duty are billed separately. So the bill has five parts, and only the first is covered by that 0% claim:
- Product price — whatever the Chinese seller charges, with no markup added by ZentBuy
- Domestic shipping — seller to warehouse, usually a small amount
- Payment processing — depends on the method you top up with; shown before you confirm
- International shipping — by weight, line and destination, quoted live in the Freight Estimator
- Import duty/VAT — only if your parcel crosses your country's de minimis threshold
What you do not pay for: QC photos are free, and warehouse storage is free for the first 90 days. New accounts also receive a 40% shipping discount coupon for new accounts (shown on the homepage), which on a first consolidated parcel is usually worth more than any product discount.

Report it with photos straight away. ZentBuy takes it up with the seller and arranges a return, exchange or refund. Doing this at the QC stage, before shipping, is far easier than after delivery.
Are QC photos really free?
Yes — as of September 2026, QC photos at the ZentBuy warehouse are free, taken at the warehouse after purchase (Warehouse & Inspection step). Several competitors charge per item for the same thing.
Is there an app?
Yes. ZentBuy has iOS and Android apps. Your cart, warehouse and QC photos are tied to your account, so you can browse on the phone and ship from the desktop or the other way round.
Does 0% markup mean shopping is free?
