What ZentBuy actually is
ZentBuy is a shopping agent — a proxy buyer for Taobao, 1688 and Weidian. Those marketplaces sell to mainland China: most sellers will not ship abroad, the interfaces are Chinese-only and checkout expects Alipay or WeChat Pay. An agent sits in the middle. What “0% markup” means — and what it does not
The line on the ZentBuy homepage is “Buy from China at 0% markup”. Read precisely, that is a claim about one number: the item price you pay should be the seller’s Taobao, 1688 or Weidian price, with no agent commission added on top. Most agents charge a visible percentage on that line, so if the claim holds at checkout it is a real difference on a large haul.
It is not a claim that the order is free, and three costs sit outside it. International shipping is quoted per line and per kilogram in the estimator and is the biggest cost on most orders. Payment processing is charged by the payment provider on top of the item and shipping totals. Customs, duty and VAT are charged by your own country when the parcel arrives, and ZentBuy has no say in them. What is not published — and what we will not invent

ZentBuy is legitimate in the sense that matters: it is an operating agent whose order flow puts your item in a warehouse, in front of a camera, before you commit to shipping it. The 0% markup claim is worth checking rather than trusting, but it is a checkable claim. The things it does not publish — its age, a shipping rate card — are gaps in the picture, not red flags, and the complaints you will find about it are the complaints you will find about every agent.
